RideSBI Semi-Private Series – This Spinning class focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular, and recovery training while on a stationary bike. Semi-private classes are available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.įitness Rewired Outdoor Semi-Private Series – This class focuses on cardio, strength, mobility, balance, and overall fitness improvement.
